Process to use the warranty
If the product has any malfunction within the period of warranty, you have to send an email to hello@clevercel.ae to report your request. In this email you must attach the purchase receipt, the product’s IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), description of your request under proofs. It must be sent by a certified email to our offices. The device that presents the change from factory state, copy of the sales invoice, accessories, and a copy of the document guaranteeing the warranty, which was submitted as soon as you provided your purchase.
